He completed his undergraduate studies at DeVry University in Management Information Systems and Operations Management and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Prior to becoming a business intermediary, Alex was a Senior Consultant with Accenture. He has worked with many large companies, including Sun Microsystems, Seagate Technologies, Voyence, STARTech Early Ventures, LSG Sky Chefs, and others. In his 15 years of business management and consulting experience, he has helped companies redesign key business strategies and processes, as well as implement innovative IT solutions in the areas of marketing, operations and pricing. 

Alex is a frequent speaker at Small Business Administration seminars on franchising, entrepreneurship, and small business ownership. He is a member of the San Francisco Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, the California Association of Business Brokers, and the International Business Brokers Association.
